Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

1. Cancellation Requests:

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@srilankahorizontours.com.

1. Refund Policy:

• 30 Days or More Before Arrival: Full refund minus a small processing fee (if applicable).
• 15–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
• 7–14 Days Before Arrival: 25% refund of the total amount paid.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be provided.

1. No-Shows:

• Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Sri Lanka Horizon Tours

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately. The following options will be offered:

1. A full refund of the amount paid (conditions apply)
2. A partial refund if  Sri Lanka Horizon Tours has already paid for non refundable services.
3. The option to reschedule your booking to a mutually agreed date.

Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change dates, destinations, or services), please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and additional charges (if applicable).

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain components of your booking, such as entrance tickets, permits, or third-party services, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Force Majeure

Sri Lanka Horizon Tours will not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or travel restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
